By accessing or using the wpa3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.
User Eligibility
To use the wpa3 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under applicable local law.
- Not prohibited by any law or regulation from using online gambling services.
- Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- Registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
Wpa3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended or terminated immediately.

Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the wpa3 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and their balances forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and current. wpa3 reserves the right to verify this information at any time via appropriate supporting documents.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the wpa3 support team at [email protected]. wpa3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Wpa3 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the wpa3 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Transfering, selling, or sharing your account with another party.
- Engaging in financial fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Cheating, disrupting, or abusing the betting or gaming system.
- Accessing the platform from a region or country specifically prohibited by wpa3.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our systems.
Platform Intellectual Property
All content on the wpa3 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of wpa3 or our content providers and is protected under applicable copyright law.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this platform without wpa3's written consent.
Third-party links that may appear on the wpa3 platform are provided for user convenience only. wpa3 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party websites.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy
Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the wpa3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers through major Malaysian banks.
All deposits must come from legitimate funds that belong to you. wpa3 reserves the right to request proof of funding source if a transaction appears suspicious or unusual.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. wpa3 reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal found to be in breach of these terms.
New users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard security measure to safeguard user funds. Withdrawal processing times follow the estimates stated in your account and may vary during periods of high demand.

- All transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no currency conversion
- Deposits from legitimate sources only, owned by the registered user
- Withdrawals to accounts in the same user's name only

Account Suspension & Liability Limitation Policy
Account Suspension & Closure
Wpa3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following situations:
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the interests of the platform or other users.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Failure to pass the required eligibility checks or identity verification.
- Requests from competent authorities.
Wpa3 Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, wpa3 shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond our control.
- Losses arising from a user's failure to follow recommended security practices.
- Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties via links on our platform.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Wpa3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Your continued use of the wpa3 platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
Governing Law
This Terms & Conditions document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution process or a competent tribunal in Malaysia.
If any provision in this document is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The validity of all other provisions shall remain unaffected.
